2.3 Software Products

For software products (such as Portfolio Builder Pro Software):

  • You may request a refund within 60 days of the purchase date
  • You must provide specific information about any technical issues encountered
  • We will attempt to resolve technical issues before processing a refund
  • Upon refund approval, your access to the software will be terminated

2.4 Bundled Products

For bundled products or special package offers:

  • Partial refunds for individual components of a bundle are generally not available
  • The entire bundle may be eligible for a refund under the terms of this policy
